1. Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect their order at the exact time of delivery, before the delivery personnel leaves your premises. This is the best time to verify that you have received the correct items in perfect condition.
2. Instant Returns at the Door
We offer a flexible, instant return process directly through our delivery personnel under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items (Free Return): If you inspect your order upon delivery and find that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong flavor or device color), you can return it instantly to the delivery personnel completely free of charge. We will arrange for an immediate replacement or a full refund.
- Change of Mind (Subject to Delivery Fee): If the product arrives in perfect condition and matches your order, but you simply choose not to accept it upon delivery, you may return it instantly to the courier. In this scenario, you will only be required to pay the applicable delivery charge for the courier’s trip.
3. Strict Hygiene & Consumables Policy (No Returns After Acceptance)
Due to strict health, hygiene, and safety regulations regarding vaping products and tobacco alternatives, we enforce a strict no-return policy once an order has been accepted and opened.
- Consumables: Products such as TEREA packs are consumable goods. Once the delivery is accepted and the original packaging or seal is broken, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
- Devices: IQOS devices can only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, and still in their original shrink-wrapped packaging.
4. Defective Devices & Warranty
If you have accepted your order and later discover a manufacturing defect with your IQOS device, please contact our support team immediately. Devices are generally covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Our experts will guide you through the troubleshooting process or help you claim a warranty replacement if the device is proven to be faulty out of the box.
5. Refund Processing
If you are eligible for a refund (e.g., a pre-paid order that was instantly returned at the door due to damage):
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): If a COD order is rejected at the door, no product cost is collected, and therefore no refund is necessary (only the delivery fee is applicable for change-of-mind).
